Founded by Claudia Del Pozo, the independent organization maintains C Minds’ core values and vision of harnessing responsible technology to create better and more inclusive opportunities for communities in Latin America.
The new women-led organization focuses on future-proofing society in light of the accelerated technological changes we are experiencing, centering on Latin America.

Every day at C Minds is a fascinating one where we witness firsthand the creation and establishment of women leadership, coordinating ever-more impactful projects and working towards a better future for Latin America.
Part of this bet for women leadership involves the creation of spinouts, which occurs when an area within C Minds and its director have undergone an intense growth process, readying them to separate from the organization and launch their own independent entity.
The first of these processes occurred 2 years ago, with our beloved PIT Policy Lab, and again today!
After nearly 6 years at C Minds, Claudia Del Pozo is launching Eon Institute, a spinout incubated in C Minds’ Eon Resilience Lab created in 2020. Its focus is simple: future-proofing society in light of the accelerated technological changes we are experiencing, focusing on Latin America. Because such an objective is much easier said than done, Daniela Rojas, who also underwent a leadership mentoring program at C Minds for over 2 years, will accompany Claudia on this new adventure. Besides their new roles at Eon Institute, Claudia and Daniela will continue being C Minds consultants for exciting projects.

While the two spinouts, PIT and Eon Institute, are entirely independent, they maintain C Minds’ core values and vision of harnessing responsible technology to create better and more inclusive opportunities for communities in Latin America.
What differs are our focuses:
C Minds will be doubling down on ethical AI governance, new technologies for climate action and biodiversity protection, web3, women leadership, gender equality, and designing cross-country and systemic strategies with and for multilateral institutions.

PIT Policy Lab will continue making waves in the open data against corruption, digital transformation for local governments/GovTech, smart destinations/cultural heritage, and diversity, equity, and inclusion spaces.
Eon Institute will plug away at the nascent field of Metaverse, at ensuring safer online spaces and technology for children, collaboration mechanisms for regulation, tech privacy and fairness, and the Future of Work/ digital economy.
Together, and hand-in-hand with our wonderful partners, we know we will continue to achieve great goals.
